About The Position

The Customer Service Representative at American Leak Detection of Arkansas is responsible for answering customer questions, scheduling appointments, invoicing, accounting, and dispatching/routing our technicians for daily jobs. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will help serve our residential, commercial, and municipal customers throughout Arkansas . Our highly trained technicians locate hidden water, sewer, gas and swimming pool leaks using our advanced technology and experience developed over 40+ years. Requirements

• Excellent customer service and telephone skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience in the plumbing, restoration, or construction industries
• Experience using ServiceTitan, Salesforce, and QuickBooks
