This dynamic, hands-on role is based at airport locations and involves working outdoors, staying active, and helping customers have a great experience. Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
  • Effective verbal communication and customer service skills
  • A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help people and create positive experiences
  • Strong customer service skills, including professionalism, patience, and clear communication
  • Willingness to work outdoors and stay active
  • Flexibility to work all shifts
  • Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods; and drive a variety of vehicles
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely

Nice To Haves

  • 6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers throughout various parts of the rental and return process on our airport lots
  • Check vehicles
  • Enter information into a handheld device
  • Process rentals for loyalty customers
  • Assist customers at exit gates
  • Check in vehicles at return
  • Provide professional, friendly customer service to help ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every customer
