About The Position
Interior Exterior Building Supply, the number one commercial and residential building material supplier in the Southeast, is searching for a Customer Service Representative our newest location in Opelika, AL! Job Responsibilities Assist Managers and Outside Sales in obtaining customer satisfaction by performing clerical and administrative duties relating to client communications as well as assist incoming customers with sales. Receiving calls and helping walk ins from both commercial and residential customers for quotes and orders as well as inputting into the GUI system. Maintain timely and effective paper flow and communication within department and to other departments. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication skills including proper phone etiquette is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required
Nice To Haves
- College coursework in related field preferred
- 1-2 years sales experience preferred
