About The Position

Customer Service Representative – Part-Time Country Visions Cooperative Convenience Store is looking to hire a part-time Customer Service Representative for our Branch location. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. If you are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and looking for part-time work with a great company, now is the perfect time to join our team! Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Dependable
• Excellent communication skills
• Friendly and energetic
• Basic math and computer skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing a consistently high level of customer service and satisfaction
• Identify and respond to the customer needs
• Promptly answer phone calls from customers
• Cashiering
• Open or close the store
• Stock merchandise
• Maintaining a clean and safe store
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
