About The Position

RC Willey Customer Service Representative: Starting Pay: $17.75 per hour, with an increase to $18.25 after 90 days. Training Schedule: 3-4 weeks, Monday-Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Training Start Date: January 5, 2026. Regular Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, with a rotating Saturday off and an additional day off during the week. Sundays are always off. Requirements

Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Must have the ability to handle difficult situations with customers.
Basic computer and typing skills needed.
Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to details and follow through with assigned tasks.
Must be dependable and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

Receive and respond to customer calls regarding questions, concerns, delivery, sales and service issues.
Provide phone assistance to delivery, customer service, and store departments.
Follow-up with customer issues and service requests in a timely and professional manner
