100% remote position Equipment will be provided Must have high-speed internet -The main function of a Customer Service/Inside Sales Specialist is to interact with customers in response to scheduling pest and rodent inspections. -Customer Service Specialists will be taking inbound calls but may have to place an outbound call to follow up with customers on appointment scheduling (will be scored on % of leads per call and "booking" next appointment for a tech to come out for an inspection. Some states can't schedule a service until an inspection has been completed so looking to schedule techs to come out. Not able to give quotes over the phone which is also why they need to schedule a tech to come out). -Specialists will take anywhere from 80-100 calls a day. -Must have at least 1+ year of call center experience (sales experience is "nice to have" for overcoming objections with scheduling inspections). -Recommend products to customers, based on customers’ needs and interests. -Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders. -Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.-Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
