Pay: Starting at $16.50 + potential quarterly bonus after 90-day probation. Billing Representative Seeking candidates with strong typing and computer skills, attention to detail, and a task-oriented mindset. Must be diligent and comfortable with structured processes. Pay: Starting at $16.50/hr + potential quarterly bonus after 90-day probation. Insurance Verifiers Help ensure patients have the coverage they need to receive care. You'll contact insurance carriers, verify benefits, and work independently toward daily goals. As you grow, you'll take on new projects and responsibilities. Pay: Starting at $16.50/hr + potential quarterly bonus after 90-day probation. Patient Account Representative / Claims Resolution Specialist Research-focused role requiring independence and persistence to resolve outstanding insurance claims and advocate for patients. Strong computer skills and creative problem-solving are essential. Pay: $17.50–$18.50/hr + potential quarterly bonus after 90-day probation. Supervisor, Claims Processing (2 openings) Seeking experienced CBO Claims Supervisors to lead teams of 10–15 processors . Must have experience hiring, training, developing, and disciplining staff while monitoring team performance metrics. Strong background in healthcare claims and collections required; hospital/provider collections highly preferred . Pay: $25/hr + potential quarterly bonus after 90-day probation.
