About The Position

Alaska Waste is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative in Anchorage, AK! Requirements

2+ years of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus!)
Comfortable using MS Word, Excel, and Email
Fast, accurate typing & 10-key skills
Great organization, multitasking, and communication abilities
A calm and professional demeanor—even under pressure
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work in-office (remote work may be requested during temporary protocols)

Nice To Haves

call center experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with service requests, billing, or account changes
Resolving customer concerns with clarity, care, and a positive attitude
Using company systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preparing service orders, change of address forms, and account adjustments
Collaborating with internal departments to ensure excellent service
Occasionally assisting at the front desk/reception area
Promoting goodwill and offering additional services where appropriate
