About The Position

Preferred qualifications; assisting students, parents and university personnel with account information; high volume call center customer service operations; higher education student services, cash handling and financial services operations. Work Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department.
