The customer service representative is responsible for providing effective, customer-focused service to all customers by demonstrating excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs, and for communicating effectively with customers, team members, and management. Daily duties include, but are not limited to: Providing excellent customer service on the phone and in the office. Handle payment processing Data entry Provide account information. Applicant must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and work at a computer for the majority of the workday. Applicant must be self-motivated and dependable. Applicant must be able to work in one of our Houghton or Mt Pleasant offices. Previous experience in phone-based customer service, accounting and collections is plus.
