About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled CSR to join our team at Garden Oaks Veterinary Center in Houston, TX. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, and will be responsible for answering their inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records. Your role will be critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and the satisfaction of our clients.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting
  • Experience with veterinary software programs
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls and emails, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of client information and appointments
  • Assist with billing and payment processing
