Our CSR's responsible for answering inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, resolving customer concerns, and delivering a 5-star customer experience. CSRs serve as trusted professionals who demonstrate empathy, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence in every interaction.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience (call center or dispatch experience preferred)
  • Excellent listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position (seated) for prolonged periods
  • Frequent use of computer, keyboard, and telephone headset
  • Everyone is required to submit a pre-employment background check prior to start date.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Handle an average of 100 inbound calls per day, accurately capturing customer information
  • Schedule service appointments with technicians in a timely and efficient manner
  • Gather and assess customer information to understand and address their needs
  • Resolve customer inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on first-call resolution
  • Accurately enter and maintain customer records in the CRM system
  • Document call outcomes, service requests, and relevant customer notes promptly and thoroughly
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to support continuous learning and professional development
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
  • Other duties as assigned
