LOCATION : Vancouver, WA SALARY : $23.77 per hour SCHEDULE : Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, Temporary (3–6 months)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a customer service representative or administrative experience in an office environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel spreadsheets
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to pass a background check upon offer acceptance
Responsibilities
- Assist members of the public by answering questions and providing information on tax relief programs and related services
- Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls and respond to email inquiries
- Scan, process, and organize documents accurately
- Perform data entry with a high level of attention to detail
- Support daily administrative and office operations as needed
