About The Position

Looking to TRADE UP to a better opportunity? ACE Home Services is hiring Seasonal Customer Service Representatives — with the potential to convert to Full‑Time for top performers. Pay: $18–$20/hr + spiffs Schedule: Seasonal role with weekends required. Shifts fall between 7am–8pm and may vary, with evening availability strongly preferred. Why Join Ace (Even Seasonally)? Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience, especially inbound and outbound call handling
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • A team‑first mindset with honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service experience in a trades enviornment (strongly prreferred)
  • ServiceTitan experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Take inbound calls from new and existing customers and create lifelong ACE customers
  • Make outbound calls to membership customers to schedule maintenance visits
  • Communicate promotions, sales opportunities, and cross‑sell options
  • Enter and update sensitive customer information accurately
  • Provide general inbound customer service and support
