About The Position

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for patients and medical providers. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
