About The Position

Under the direction of the Supervisor-In-Charge, the Customer Service Representative provides first-line supervision of all personnel of the contractor engaged in the parking lot operation to ensure safe and efficient service, which may include resolution of problems at the exit plazas. The role also involves checking all parking equipment and areas for condition and serviceability.
