About The Position

The CSR will focus on generating cases for billing disputes and servicing CO2 tanks. Responsibilities include logging calls, creating service tickets, scheduling and dispatching service, and assisting with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment safety issues. This role demands accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. The comprehensive training program includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on training with a supervisor.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience in dispatch and logistics coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to perform manual order entry.
  • Basic computer navigation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules.
  • Basic computer literacy and capability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
