Requirements

  • 1–3 years customer service experience.
  • ERP experience (Infor/M3 ideal).
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in multinational environments.
  • ERP or data tool proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end order processing.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Maintain OTIF and customer scorecards.
  • Participate in account meetings.
  • Oversee deductions and OS&D processes.
