Serves customers and Sales Managers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. Job Description: J ob Duties : Ensuring customer satisfaction by answering calls and responding to customer inquiries or requests in a timely manner. Assisting customers with questions regarding order status, pricing, and shipping issues. Accurate data entry of customer orders. Working with sales representatives and managers for pricing overrides, special products, and problem resolution with customer accounts. Answering telephone and utilizing the switchboard to transfer calls as needed. Assist the team as needed and be able to backup other jobs during vacations and illness.
