Responsibilities

  • Build strong partnerships with customers to support long-term relationships
  • Provide timely, effective solutions to customer concerns
  • Focus on resolving root causes, not just symptoms
  • Maintain a “no excuses” approach—prioritize solutions over explanations
  • Accurately enter orders using standard templates
  • Ensure jobsite locations and delivery instructions are complete and precise
  • Schedule orders in alignment with customer needs and company capacity
  • Proactively manage equipment spacing and delivery timing
  • Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure efficient dispatch and on-time service
  • Work with customers to establish delivery schedules that benefit both parties
  • Help maintain a balanced workload (“flat demand graph”) for operational efficiency
  • Recommend value-added products when appropriate based on job needs
  • Support win-win outcomes through effective communication and negotiation
  • Promote a strong culture of safety in all interactions
  • Schedule deliveries in compliance with DOT Hours-of-Service regulations
  • Help prevent scheduling conflicts that could lead to compliance issues
