Requirements

  • Must have 2+ years of CSR experience
  • Call Center experience 1+ years
  • Engage in active listening, confirm or clarify information, and manage and provide solutions
  • Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and decision-making skills
  • Detail-oriented, consistent, adaptable, and accountable
  • Proficiency in problem analysis and problem solving
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong attendance
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and other call center team members

Nice To Haves

  • Service Titan or home services industry experience (not necessary but a plus)
  • Proficiency with computers, especially software applications including MS Word, email, and CMS is a plus
