- 1+ year in customer service (required)
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year as a veterinary receptionist (preferred)
- Administrative assistant experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- The first voice clients hear when they call
- The communication bridge between clients, doctors, and staff
- The final warm send off clients receive as they leave
- You help set the tone for the entire client experience.
