About The Position

This is a full time position with a regular schedule and weekends off! Hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Includes commissions, paid training, paid time off, paid holidays, and performance bonuses. Benefits/Perks: Earn Commissions on Closed Sales Regular Full-Time Schedule with Weekends Off Paid Vacation and Holidays Performance Bonuses 401K Casual and Creative Work Environment A Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative Will: Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center Respond to customer inquiries; determine customer sign needs, provide sign recommendations and quotes Process customer orders; accurately complete work orders; obtain customers’ approval and payment for orders Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, and in-person Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative: Previous retail or counter sales experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills including experience with a point-of-sale system, data entry, communicating through email Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn Great listening and organization skills Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more) Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more) Consistent and Reliable Attendance Do you enjoy working with people? Requirements
