About The Position
Custom Air and Plumbing is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our residential and light commercial operations in the Sarasota area. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring every customer receives outstanding support. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a customer focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable using scheduling software and computer systems
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Ability to remain calm and professional during high-volume periods
- Industry experience not required
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling service
- Manage daily schedules to maximize productivity and response times
- Communicate clearly with technicians regarding job details, updates, and changes
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after appointments
- Accurately enter and update customer and job information in the system
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and follow-ups professionally
- Represent Custom with professionalism and a positive attitude
