About The Position
Customer Service Representative Transdev in West Covina, California is hiring a p art- t ime Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and client. We are seeking friendly, customer service-oriented people who are dedicated to safety. Transdev is proud to offer : Competitive compensation package of M inimum $18.50 (per hour) – Maximum $ 22.17 ( per hour ) Part - time position is equi valent to 20 hours . Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- 2 years customer service experience
- 1 year cash handling experience
- Computer literate
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to operate standard telephone system.
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.).
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Answers customer inquiries via phone and in person
- Answer customer calls and input ride information using a computerized scheduling system.
- Intake service-related inquiries and compl aints
- Communicate late vehicle service and verifying “No Shows” with customers.
- Answers questions and provides information about services.
- Clearly and accurately documents issues.
- Resolves customer inquiries relating to transportation; communicates resolution to customers.
- Operates a Point of Sales (POS) for the sale of fare media.
- Other duties as required.
