We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who brings professionalism, organization, and a calm, solutions-focused approach to every interaction. This role plays a critical part in supporting customer retention, driving revenue growth, and maintaining the operational efficiency that our clients depend on.

Requirements

  • Stay calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Communicate clearly and effectively — both verbally and in writing
  • Are highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Can manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy
  • Enjoy working as part of a collaborative, solutions-focused team
  • Take initiative and consistently follow through on commitments
  • Six months to one year of customer service, inside sales, or administrative experience preferred
  • Experience in a high-volume call environment strongly preferred
  • Must obtain and maintain a valid Massachusetts Pesticide Applicator (Core) License within a company-designated timeframe (training and preparation support provided by Braman)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to learn and effectively use company scheduling and CRM systems
  • Basic mathematical skills, including percentages, ratios, and general calculations
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend routine correspondence and instructions in English
  • Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group settings
  • Ability to apply sound judgment and follow written and verbal instructions

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, scheduling, and company policies
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and service issues, resolving directly or escalating when appropriate
  • Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, sales staff, and management to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions within company systems
  • Conduct inside sales activities for residential and commercial customers
  • Promote additional services and upgrades to existing customers
  • Convert prospective inquiries into scheduled service appointments
  • Support company revenue goals through proactive customer engagement and service recommendations
  • Ensure accuracy of customer records and service details
  • Utilize company scheduling and CRM systems effectively
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards
  • Support departmental and organizational initiatives as assigned
