About The Position

- Communicate with customers and pertaining sales rep by email, telephone, or in person to provide information about products or services, - Take and enter purchase orders and obtain details of complaints - Coordinate and book shipments with logistic companies via email/phone for daily shipments - Communicate effectively and clearly with the shipping team daily - Work closely with the direct CSR Team as well as team members from other facilities

Requirements

  • Must be Bilingual
  • Knowledgeable with computer systems and processes
  • Must give full attention to what other people are saying, take time to understand the points being made, ask questions as appropriate
  • Must be willing to talk to others to convey information effectively
  • Must actively look for ways to help CSR Team
  • Must understand written information in work-related documents, emails. Such as, but not limited to, purchase orders, order acknowledgments, Bill of Ladings, safety data sheets
  • Must use logic and reasoning to identify/resolve issues that arise day to day
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in writing, email etiquette and entering data into software accurately
  • Must have general computer skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft
