About The Position

We are seeking an organized and customer‑focused Dispatcher to support service operations for our Division customers. This individual will manage and assign daily service requests, coordinate with regional technicians, and ensure timely communication with customers and internal teams. This is a fully onsite role requiring strong written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Requirements

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in service management, dispatching, call center operations, or field service support.
  • Experience with CRM systems and SAP.
  • Bilingual communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and assess incoming service calls; dispatch approximately 20 service tickets daily.
  • Prioritize requests and assign the most appropriate technician based on availability and skillset.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers to gather necessary information and provide updates.
  • Support technicians by coordinating parts needs to reduce return visits.
  • Provide feedback to the call center regarding customer concerns and process improvements.
  • Track all service calls and prepare reporting/metrics for management.
  • Maintain service logs, documentation, and service manuals.
  • Provide backup support to fellow dispatchers as needed.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.
