About The Position

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships by serving as the main point of contact between customers and our internal teams. This role involves managing orders, addressing inquiries, and ensuring timely and accurate communication related to corrugated packaging products and services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role; experience in the corrugated packaging or manufacturing industry strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with ERP or order management systems (e.g., Amtech, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented, with a commitment to customer satisfaction and internal collaboration.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of corrugated packaging products, materials, and processes is a plus.
  • experience with ERP or order management systems (e.g., Amtech, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, providing prompt and accurate support.
  • Enter, process, and track customer orders from receipt through production, shipping, and delivery.
  • Coordinate with production, design, and shipping departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Communicate proactively with customers about order status, lead times, and any changes or delays.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and capabilities specific to corrugated packaging.
  • Review and confirm pricing, product specifications, and inventory availability.
  • Generate and review reports related to order history, forecasts, and customer-specific data.
  • Assist with sample requests, quoting, and project tracking as needed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and support long-term relationships.
