About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Respond to patient inquiries and requests via phone, email, or messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support patients with billing questions or portal access as directed by internal workflows.
  • Verify patient demographics, insurance details, and required documentation for appointments or procedures.
  • Manage incoming documentation, including medical records, forms, and lab results, ensuring timely processing and routing.
  • Assist with prior authorizations, scheduling support, or follow-up tasks as needed.
  • Document all interactions and updates in the EMR or practice management system with accuracy.
  • Handle sensitive patient information in compliance with HIPAA and organizational privacy standards.
  • Provide excellent service with a focus on patience, empathy, and professionalism.
