Customer Service Rep - Boelter Super Store

The Boelter Companies is seeking a Super Store Associate to provide knowledgeable consultation to both commercial and residential customers across in-store, phone, and virtual channels. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and supporting general showroom operations. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in customer service, sales, or the foodservice industry.
- Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with basic computer applications; experience with SAP or point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with equipment and supplies used in restaurant or hospitality operations is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with foodservice equipment and supply needs, including professional chefs, business owners, and home cooks.
- Process in-store transactions and phone-in orders.
- Create quotes and place special orders for non-stock merchandise and equipment, including timely follow-up.
- Support inventory monitoring, merchandising, and overall store presentation and recovery.
