About The Position

PFP Logistics is a third-party (3PL) Staffing Company that works in Warehouses' Shipping and Receiving Departments across the nation. Primary Responsibility: Provide timely, courteous support to customers while coordinating administrative and clerical functions that support daily warehouse operations. Schedule + Pay Monday - Friday $13 an hour

Requirements

  • Background Check
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • 0-2 years of related work experience.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Desktop computers.
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, inventory, and service issues.
  • Process work orders, track shipments, and update inventory records.
  • Act as liaison between customers, warehouse, and office for account support and invoicing.
  • Resolve OS&D (Over, Short & Damaged) and refused product issues.
  • Schedule loads and maintain reports to ensure loads are completed and closed.
  • Verify invoice accuracy and maintain order documentation and files.
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide general clerical support.
  • Communicate customer feedback to management and assist with additional duties as needed.
