The daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, operating multiple computer programs, and offering first class customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, the daily responsibilities include answering inbound calls from students and parents, making outbound calls to current or prior students, operating multiple computer programs, and offering first-class customer service. You will have support from senior agents and leadership who are just a phone call away when you need assistance. Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to pass a background check and Drug Test required
