The Customer Service Representative is the voice of Albany International to our Customers and serves as a support function to our Sales team, Applications/Design team, Regional Business Director, Marketing group, Planning team and Logistics .Successful candidates must have strong teamwork skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic, along with the necessary qualifications.
