About The Position

We are seeking a highly customer-focused, detail-driven individual to assist our customers with maintenance inquires and service calls. This role is ideal for someone who thrives when working individually and with a small team. More than anything, those who succeed in this role are those who truly enjoy finding solutions for our valued customers. In this role you’ll collaborate with customers, service technicians, and your onsite team to ensure calls are handled swiftly and accurately, and with exceptional service.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of experience in customer service in an office setting. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products to include: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Outstanding phone etiquette and Customer Service skills
  • Good written & verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Sign or Construction industry experience strongly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Making and taking phone calls, submitting various work orders
  • Obtaining updates and status reports from technicians and subcontractors
  • Updating customers on the status of the work and/or updating cloud-based customer websites with current and accurate details
