About The Position

o Backlog (Accurate Dates) o Our Margins by Product Group o Customer Inquiries, Complaints & Relationships o The Relationships with all Departments o Enforcement of Policies and Procedures o Monitoring of Workload of the Teams o The Pricing Modules Job Expectations: • Develop working rapport with our national customer base • Work strategically with customers, peers, and management • Review customer requests and provide quotes to match requirements • Follow up via email and phone to see if quotes have been won or lost • Receive and enter customer orders • Coordinate shipping to meet customer expectations • Work effectively with Production Control, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering, and accounting departments during all phases of quote and order processes. • Review and resolve customer issues that may arise • Commitment to daily learning and 100% effort Qualifications: • Strong computer skills: with emphasis using Excel and Microsoft Office. o Previous experience with ERP systems useful but not required • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional oral and written communication skills • Excellent phone call etiquette • Aptitude to develop knowledge of all products and services offered • The ability to read and interpret basic blueprints is desired but not required. o Possess some mechanical aptitude o Basic math knowledge with some geometrical functions • College, Community College degree or online classes (certificate) a plus but not required. • Enthusiasm, self-confidence and a good attitude

Requirements
