Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and scheduling software.
  • Compassionate and caring attitude towards animals and their owners.

  • Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting.
  • Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction: Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services, appointments, and pet care.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of client information and pet medical histories.
  • Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
  • Customer Service: Address client concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Provide information on pet care, vaccination schedules, and preventative health measures.
  • Follow up with clients after visits to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with veterinarians and veterinary technicians to ensure seamless communication.
  • Assist in preparing examination rooms and ensuring cleanliness and organization within the clinic.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss clinic goals and improve service delivery.
