Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in delivering excellent client support and maintaining strong customer relationships. This position is responsible for managing customer accounts, coordinating order fulfillment, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following, as well as other duties that may be assigned: Oversee and maintain assigned customer accounts Accurately enter, process, and track customer orders from initiation through completion Handle return requests by creating and managing Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing product information, order updates, and issue resolution Support daily team meetings and collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment and efficiency Process transactions with accuracy and attention to detail Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships Identify and resolve customer concerns using sound judgment and problem-solving skills
