Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards while sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products. Package, stock, and rotate merchandise on display counters and shelves, ensuring high-quality presentation and accurate signage. Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting. Follow all corporate policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use. Complete designated opening and closing procedures and support fellow Team Members as needed. Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.

Requirements

• A genuine passion for delivering engaging and exceptional customer service.
• Retail experience is considered an asset; an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
• The ability to work independently with attention to detail and pride in delivering quality results and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach supported by strong communication and organizational skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on setting that involves multiple deadlines, extended periods of standing, heavy lifting, and work that may be performed in cooler, freezer, and outdoor conditions.
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset.
