A Jasper Innovative Solutions (JIS) Customer Service Representative is primarily focused on three key functions. Each associate is responsible for handling inbound/outbound phone calls and emails, create new and maintain existing positive customer relations, as well as analytical administration of accounts. Each representative will work closely with internal departments to assist and monitor inventory levels as well as collaborate to advance and grow sales.
