About The Position
Are you a licensed insurance professional who is detail oriented, enjoys helping people and very customer focused? If this defines you, then you should consider applying with our agency for the Customer Service Representative position. Lia Insurance Agency is a growing insurance agency and we are looking for a customer service professional to help service our existing customers and review insurance coverages to make sure our customers are insured at the appropriate level. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be helping our existing customers over the phone with policy changes, renewal questions, providing quotes for additional lines of coverage and offering insurance advice.
Requirements
- Property and Casualty Insurance License in NY
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of Google Docs and Microsoft Products
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Answer questions from customers over the phone and over email
- Assist customers with policy changes
- Account rounding on existing accounts
- Documentation in our client management system
- Maintaining a strong retention rate
- Reviewing coverages with clients and identifying gaps and being able to upsell coverages and cross-sell additional products
