About The Position

We are looking for an experienced CSR to join our team! The Client Service Representative (CSR) is a vital member of our veterinary team and the first and last point of contact for our clients. This role requires prior veterinary receptionist experience and a candidate who is ready to quickly learn our workflow, software (AVImark), and protocols to support a high-performing and fast-paced team. Due to current staffing needs, we are only considering applicants with prior experience in a veterinary front desk or client service role. Why join Renton Veterinary Hospital? Renton Veterinary Hospital has proudly served the community since the 1940s, providing trusted care to generations of pets and their families. As a small but dedicated team, we believe that no role is more important than another—every team member contributes to the quality of care and experience we offer.
