As a Customer Service Representative in an ambulatory clinic, you will be a central figure, ensuring every patient feels respected and comfortable through seamless coordination and attentive service. You will uphold Virginia Mason's commitment to exceptional patient experiences. This role involves expertly managing calls, scheduling appointments, rooming patients, coordinating daily schedules, processing revenue, communicating test results, and warmly addressing patient concerns. Your work will continually leverage the Virginia Mason Production System to enhance efficiency and patient safety. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Six (6) months customer service or medical setting experience or Associate degree
  • Professional demeanor with a positive, upbeat attitude
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal communications
  • Detail oriented with ability to multi-task
  • Capable to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from administrative and clinical staff, groups of managers, patients and physicians
