About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering a friendly and professional experience. In this role, you’ll assist with scheduling service appointments, processing orders and payments, and providing product support. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries efficiently, staying organized, and maintaining a positive, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others
  • Team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion
  • Accurately process orders, payments, and warranty claims
  • Assist customers with product information and basic troubleshooting
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and POS systems
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency
  • Support daily office operations and administrative tasks as needed
