Paragon Tempered Glass, LLC, is a specialty fabricator offering custom glass solutions to numerous markets from two U.S.-based facilities. Products include both flat and bent tempered glass to meet demanding expectations of strength, thermal and aesthetic quality. Requirements

  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and company.
  • Operate with a sense of positive energy and urgency.
  • Participate and demonstrate cooperation, and teamwork within and outside the organization.
  • Able to adapt to the company’s culture, work safely, and possess a positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior inside sales/ customer service experience is required; glass tempering is a plus.
  • Post high school education in business administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or glass industry.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory requirements related to sales and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders, including coordination and executing shipping and delivery logistics.
  • Prepare shipments by verifying order accuracy and generating paperwork.
  • Track shipments and proactively communicate updates and delays to customers.
  • Resolve shipping issues such as lost, delayed, or damaged goods.
  • Own the ordering and management of crates, ensuring cost efficiency and consistent availability.
  • Help as needed internally in quoting new customers, new products, entering new orders.
  • Establish and maintain customer pricing spreadsheets.
  • Work with the team to get orders out on time.
  • Generate and answer emails.
  • Fill out new part data forms, file and maintain organized records.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to be of any assistance for potential new customers and growth within the organization.
  • Receptionist duties such as answering telephone calls, distribution of mail.
