TEKsystems is hiring a Customer Service Representative local to the Shelton, Ct area. This role is a TEMP role covering a LOA. 4-6 months Description Hybrid 2 days in office - Tues/Wed Client is looking for effective communicators, critical thinkers, and those eager to hit the ground running to join an expanding Customer Service team. Here you’ll be responsible for: • Conveying critical information via Zendesk (tickets/email) on a daily basis with our customers and sales team. • Coordinate between all internal departments- marketing, operations, sales, logistics to ensure a smooth customer experience • Accurately process purchase orders from distributors (both data entry & oversight of automated order processing via Esker) • Enforce order-related policies including pricing discrepancies Additional Skills & Qualifications • Provide status information and handle resolutions • Evaluate and process warranty claims • Support end users with product information requests and any inquiries • Quickly respond to ecommerce customer requests/ questions • Represent a broad line of products across multiple brands and industry channels.
