About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Laredo, United States location. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and customer service software
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) capabilities are a plus
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and account management
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information
  • Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary
  • Contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
