Handles all inquiries and/or complaints to the Patient Financial Services department regarding a patient's account. This includes but is not limited to explaining the current status of patient accounts, setting up payment arrangements and mail out itemized bills. Communicates with Financial Counselors on rebilling of insurance companies. Makes recommendation of collection activity. Performs cashiering and cash posting functions.
