Responsibilities

  • Call Management: Answer and manage a high volume of inbound service calls and customer inquiries.
  • Scheduling & Follow-Up: Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, or follow up on service jobs.
  • Administrative Support: Support essential administrative functions, including processing warranties and rebate processing and assisting with various ad hoc tasks.
  • Data Entry: Track and organize information accurately using Excel and Google Workspace (G Suite).
  • System Use: Handle scheduling and updates using a service management platform (familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus, but training will be provided).
