The Client Service Representative (CSR) serves as the frontline ambassador of the Bank, delivering exceptional service while assisting customers with routine financial transactions. This role is essential to creating a positive client experience, maintaining operational accuracy, and supporting the safety and integrity of customer relationships. CSRs are responsible for processing a variety of transactions with professionalism, accuracy, and strict adherence to Bank policies and regulatory requirements.
